We are Skydance - small family business established in 2014 in Poland. Inspired by the 90's and streetwear, we create vintage meets grunge pieces. What's more, it's all made by us in our home country with love and care.
Everything is designed, made and printed in Poland - we make sure that each item is of best quality and will last years! - Placing an order is equal to the acceptance of rules below.
- We accept Stripe payments, PayPal and credit card payments provided by PayU.
- The main currency of our store is PLN. You can use a drop-down menu placed in the top right of our website for estimated exchange.
- It is possible for Customer to pay in any currency. Please note that the final price might be slightly different depending on currency conversion rate and bank's fees.
- Discount codes and sales do not add up, unless stated otherwise.
- If the payment is declined, please contact our support center.
- We usually ship orders within two to three business days. However, as our products are handmade, sometimes it might take a little bit longer. We claim fourteen business days for order preparation. If any delays occur, you will be informed via e-mail.
- We ship from Poland. Final shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination and amount of products you are ordering.
- European orders are being shipped out using DPD Classic delivery method. For countries outside EU, we deliver using TNT. Both methods are fast & trackable.
- If you're ordering from outside the European Union, it is possible that custom charges would be levied. On rare occasions, customs might hold your parcel for up to two weeks. For further details, please contact your local customs office.
- We do not refund the taxes you might be obligated you to pay.
- It is Customer's responsibility to provide us with the right address. Always double check if you have shared every detail correctly before you process your order. You can always message us if you are not sure how to fill the address section while ordering.
- If the given address was typed wrongly, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order's ID to speed up the process.
- If it happens that the parcel is returned due to wrong/insufficient address, the order will be canceled once the parcel reaches us. We will return you the money excluding shipping and handling fees that we had to cover in the first place using the same method you used to pay for your order.
- If it takes more than 7 days for your package's status to change, contact the shipping provider immedietaly. It should take less than 16 days to deliver a package. If, for some reasons, this time period prolongs, it is most likely that the package got lost. Contacting the shipping provider immedietaly speeds up the process of finding the parcel.After 30 days, the shipping provider is unable to localise and deliver the package. If you won't contact them or us within this time, we won't be able to help you finding the package, and you will also not be entitled to a refund.
Returns and exchanges
- If it occurs that the item you've bought doesn't fit you, or you're feeling like it doesn't suit you, there is no need to worry. You may return your order within ten days of obtaining the order.
- Please inform us about planned exchange/return procedure at email@example.com.
- While sending items back to us, make sure to attach an return form. It is obligatory and without such document we are unable to process the exchange/return.
- Returned items have to be in their original condition - with no tags removed, unimpaired, with no traces of being worn. If we recognize that any product was used or damaged, we have the right to decline the exchange/return.
- We do not reimburse costs of shipping the product back to us or duties. It is Customer's responsibility to cover all duties while returning a product.
- We do not refund shipping costs.
- Hosiery is non returnable.
- Undelivered order's are not eligible for a refund if you won't contact us immedietaly after noticing that the package's status hasn't changed. You have 30 days to let us know about any issues with your package.
