Wondering how long will it take for your parcel to arrive?

SKYDANCE is a Poland-based brand and that's where we ship from. The final price might vary depending on the country of destination and amount of products you're ordering. You can choose from two delivery services - trackable TNT Express shipment or expedited DPD Classic. Once your order is dispatched, you will get notified with tracking URL and tracking number.

* Because of high costs of delivery and unreliability of cheaper services, we are forced to temporary stop shipping to New Zealand. If you are willing to see your options or pay extra fees, please message us at support@skydance.pl and we'll arrange the shipment!

DELIVERY RUNNING LATE?

We're trying our best to provide you with the best delivery service, however please be advised that estimated delivery time cannot be guaranted. Sometimes, especially during busy seasons, delays may occur. If it happens, we suggest staying patient and monitoring your parcel's way to you through the tracking website. If the delay is longer than 14 working days, please contact the shipping provider used to dispatch your package in the first place.

 

Make sure that you have provided a correct address. Perhaps there are some information missing? If so, contact us immediately, as we may manage to fix the address before it's returned. However if your parcel will be returned to us, we will issue a refund excluding shipping and handling fees.

 

Please note: if it takes more than 14 days for your package's status to change, contact the shipping provider immedietaly. It should take less than 30 days to deliver a package. If, for some reasons, this time period prolongs, it is most likely that the package got lost. Contacting the shipping provider immedietaly speeds up the process of finding the parcel. After 30 days, the shipping provider is unable to localise and deliver the package. If you won't contact them or us within this time, we won't be able to help you finding the package, and you will also not be entitled to a refund.

 

 

CUSTOM CHARGES

If you are from outside of European Union, customs charges may be levied. Things like that mostly happen to packages sent to United States, Australia, and Asia. On rare occasions, customs might hold your parcel for a bit. For further details, please contact your local customs office. We do not refund the taxes you might be obligated you to pay.
