If you’re buying something for a loved one and the size turns out not to be quite right - no worries. All orders placed in December 2025 can be exchanged until January 12th, 2026. Thanks to this, you can gift something special even if you’re not 100% sure about the size. If needed, we’ll adjust it later so the present fits just right. <3

All orders placed in December 2025 can be exchanged until January 12th, 2026.
What does the holiday exchange include?
You can exchange the product for:
a different size of the same model,
a different model from our collection,
a product of the same or higher value (if it’s higher, we’ll ask for the difference).
This way, every holiday gift can be perfectly matched to the person receiving it - just as it should be. 🎁
We want the exchange to be as smooth as possible, so we only ask that the returned product:
is in perfect condition,
shows no signs of wear,
includes all original tags.
What about returns?
Even with the extended holiday exchange period, our return policy remains unchanged. If your purchase wasn’t a gift or you don’t wish to exchange it, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your package.
Simple as that: exchange - until January 12th, return - within 14 days.
Exchange requirements
To complete an exchange:
the product must be new and in perfect condition,
it must show no signs of wear,
it must include all original tags,
exchanges apply only to orders placed through our online store,
personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
