These regulations define the rules of the "Black Week" campaign, organized by the online store operating under the domain: www.skydance.pl . The organizer of the event is the company FUHP "GABRIELA" SP. Jawna J. Borucki, ul. Szarych Szeregów 1/45, 35-114 Rzeszów, registered under the following numbers: KRS: 0000332325, REGON: 180442528, Tax Identification Number: 8133589332.


The Buyer has the right to negotiate any provisions of the agreement with the Seller before placing an order, including those changing the provisions of the regulations below - within the framework permitted by law. These negotiations, for their validity, require written form. In the event that the Buyer resigns from the possibility of concluding an agreement through individual negotiations, the following regulations shall apply.



A. Date and place of promotion

  1. The promotion lasts until 2/12/2024 inclusive or while supplies last.
  2. The promotion is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland and has a nationwide scope.
  3. Participation in the promotion is voluntary.


B. Promotion Rules

  1. The price binding on the CUSTOMER is the price current at the time of placing the order.
  2. During the Black Week promotion, all discount codes are disabled.
  3. As part of the promotion, the Customer has the opportunity to purchase the following products at a promotional price of 1gr:
      1. When placing an order for at least PLN 180 - a black or burgundy velvet scrunchie
      2. When placing an order for at least PLN 300 - a Blair velvet hairband in black or burgundy
      3. When placing an order for at least PLN 500 - a black or burgundy velvet bag made of leftover material.
  4. To obtain the product, the Customer must exceed the above order value threshold and then add the selected product to the cart.
  5. The number of products is limited.
  6. The customer has the option to select a product during order fulfillment.
  7. In the event of a return of the entire order and keeping the free item, the cost of the products will be refunded minus the retail price of the products applicable in the store.
  8. One free product per customer.
  9. The store reserves the right to refrain from including a free product in the event of suspicion of an attempt at fraud.
  10. Free products cannot be exchanged for cash.
