Terms and conditions of the promotion Free delivery from 150 PLN

These regulations define the rules of the promotion organized by the online store operating under the domain: www.skydance.pl . The organizer of the event is the company FUHP "GABRIELA" SP. Jawna J. Borucki, ul. Szarych Szeregów 1/45, 35-114 Rzeszów, registered under the following numbers: KRS: 0000332325, REGON: 180442528, Tax Identification Number: 8133589332.


The Buyer has the right to negotiate any provisions of the agreement with the Seller before placing an order, including those changing the provisions of the regulations below - within the framework permitted by law. These negotiations, for their validity, require written form. In the event that the Buyer resigns from the possibility of concluding an agreement through individual negotiations, the following regulations shall apply.



A. Date and place of promotion

  1. The promotion lasts until 26/01/2025 inclusive.
  2. The promotion is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland and has a nationwide scope.
  3. Participation in the promotion is voluntary.

B. Promotion Rules

  1. As part of the promotion, the customer can use the code "SHIPME" to benefit from free delivery to a parcel locker or Inpost PaczkoPunkt.
  2. The condition for taking advantage of the promotion is:
    1. placing an order for at least PLN 150,
    2. using the code when checking out.
  3. The code cannot be combined with other discounts.
  4. The customer has the option to choose the form of delivery when placing the order.
  5. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
