Sale Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules of the Black Week Sale campaign organized by the online store operating under the domain: www.skydance.pl. The organizer of the campaign is F.U.H.P. "GABRIELA" SP. Jawna J. Borucki, located at ul. Szarych Szeregów 1/45, 35-114 Rzeszów, registered under the following numbers: KRS: 0000332325, REGON: 180442528, NIP: 8133589332.

Before placing an order, the Buyer has the right to negotiate any terms of the agreement with the Seller, including amendments to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, within the limits permitted by law.
For such negotiations to be valid, they must be conducted in writing.
If the Buyer chooses not to enter into an individually negotiated agreement, the following Terms and Conditions shall apply.

A. Black Week Sale Rules

1. The promotion runs until November 24, 2025, inclusive, or while supplies last.
2. The promotion is conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland and has a worldwide reach.
3. Participation in the promotion is voluntary.
4. The price binding for the CUSTOMER is the price valid at the time the order is placed.
5. During the Black Week promotion, all discount codes are deactivated.

B. “Free Necklace” Promotion Rules

1. As part of the promotion, the Customer receives a free mushroom necklace.
2. To receive the product, the Customer must reach a minimum order value of 250 PLN / 60 EUR.
3. The number of available products is limited.
4. In the event of a full return of the order while keeping the free gift, the refund will be reduced by the retail price of the necklace (45 PLN / 12EUR).
5. Each customer is entitled to one free product only.
6. The store reserves the right to withhold the free gift if there is suspicion of attempted fraud.
7. Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Free gifts may not be resold.

C. “Lucky Draw” Rules

1. During the Black Week sale, each order will include a random bonus, such as:

• • 10% discount,
  • 15% discount,
  • Free shipping on orders over 120 PLN,
  • Early access to the new collection.

1. To redeem the received promotion, the CUSTOMER must use the provided discount code or scan the QR code.
2. The number of bonuses is limited.
3. The promotion is time-limited - the expiration date can be found on the included note.
4. One bonus applies per order.
5. The store is not responsible for lost notes and does not issue replacements.
6. The store reserves the right to withhold the bonus if there is suspicion of attempted fraud.
