These cute bloomer shorts combine comfort with a romantic, gothic vibe.

The high-waisted cut accentuates the waist, but the adjustable waistband means you can freely adjust their height to your preferences – wear them traditionally or lower the waistband by choosing a larger size for a more casual, lowered effect.

The shorts are decorated with ruffles that gently fall around the thighs, adding lightness and a slightly Victorian character to the whole. To further emphasize this effect, we used satin ribbons on the legs, which allow you to adjust the width of the legs to the thighs.

These shorts are a great base for summer styling. You can wear them solo for a light and airy outfit for hot days, or layer them under looser dresses for a layered effect.

You can pair them with an oversized blouse or a grunge-style T-shirt to create an eye-catching outfit perfect for a concert or a meeting with friends.

They also perfectly match styling inspired by romantic goth fashion - just add a lace blouse and fishnet stockings.

Choose a looser, long top in the dark academia style – e.g. a turtleneck or a blouse with lace at the neckline Freya. By combining it with shorts, you will achieve an interesting contrast between the girly cut and the dark, intellectual style. Complete the outfit with classic, black pumps or elegant ankle boots with a small heel.

And where did the name come from? It was suggested by our client Karolina, who justified her idea in the following way:

"Liberté - freedom in French , because bloomers were supposed to give women more freedom and because they were named that way in favor of a feminist activist from the 19th century. And why in French? Because the amount of frills they have reminds me of the clothes of the French bourgeoisie and I can totally see Maryśka-Antonina strutting around in a white version of such shorts, cosplaying life in the countryside." - and we totally agree with that.
